A blend of Arabicas from Mexico and India. It has a distinctive, full-bodied flavour with a pleasant, fruity acidity. The extra fine grind makes it perfect for brewing in a Turkish coffee pot (cezve).
Arabica grown in the fertile volcanic soils of Mexico features a soft flavour with a citrus acidity and a strong aroma that suggests a hint of dark chocolate.
